Wastel Brisco (1754-1834)
From Historical Hastings
Wastel senior was not a resident in Hastings, but two of his sons, Musgrave and Wastel made a success of moving to Hastings; his daughter, Sarah, also resided at 4 Wellington Square with her husband, William Fletcher-Norton between 1853 and 1869[1].
