PELHAM PLACE
, Is a handsome range of Buildings, consisting of eight Houses, delightfully situated at the end of the Marine Parade (of which it forms the western extremity ) under the Castle Cliff ; commanding an extensive view of the sea , east and west of the town, and Beachy Head.
The houses are erected in the most substantial manner , are very conveniently arranged, and are supplied with good water, offering excellent accom modation for the most respectable families, and may, therefore, be justly considered a very great improvement and addition to the town.
