Template:Configure property event location

Parameters:
- geographic unit valid values: address, locality, county, nation-subdiv1, nation, places-other
- event name (eg Birth, Wedding, Death)
- property group (optional): eg: Wedding1, wedding2, etc. events have property group wedding.
Usage Example for configuring Property:Birth nation-subdiv1:
