Template:Set if not empty/doc

- Purpose
- A simple template that takes a property name and value, verifies the value is not empty or does not contain an error (using an #iferror check), and then attempts to set the property to that value.
- Placement
- Anywhere where an attempt to set an empty value may cause an error.
- Usage
